摘要
在伺服控制领域中,需要系统中实现动作机构的转台伺服系统的快速精确到位能力来提升整个系统快速性能。研究主要针对转台伺服系统的快速精确定位技术,从结构设计、器件选型、伺服控制等分析了影响转台伺服系统快速精确到位的因素,并提出了基于指令规划、电流环增益调节、分段控制等的提高快速精确到位能力的伺服设计方法,通过仿真验证了本研究的正确性和合理性,并通过某型号小型转台实验,进行了实验验证。
In the field of servo control,it's necessary for turntable servo systems to reach the position quickly and accurately,to improve the rapidity of the whole systems.This study focuses on the research of rapid and accurate positioning technology for small turntable servo systems,mainly analyzes the factors that affect the rapid and accurate positioning ability of the turntable servo system,and proposes a servo design method to improve the ability of rapid and accurate positioning.The correctness and rationality of this study are verified through simulation,and experimental verification is conducted through a certain type of small turntable experiment.
