摘要
不同的松散颗粒和制备工艺均会影响微生物水泥的固结效果。为此,首先采用超景深显微镜分别对海砂、河砂、珊瑚砂进行外观形貌分析,同时研究3种颗粒对微生物吸附性的影响,然后分别对采用浇注工艺和拌合工艺制备的微生物水泥砂柱进行抗压强度、方解石含量、渗透速度和微观结构分析。研究结果表明:珊瑚砂颗粒对微生物的吸附性最好,颗粒间的孔隙更易被碳酸钙晶体填充密实;与海砂柱、河砂柱相比,采用浇注和拌合两种制备工艺固结的珊瑚砂柱效果更好,抗压强度分别为1.45 MPa和2.07 MPa,方解石含量分别为4.19%和0.99%,渗透速度降低为0;采用拌合工艺制备的微生物水泥基材料均匀性比采用浇注工艺制备的微生物水泥基材料更好,且操作更简便。
Different loose particles and preparation processes will affect the consolidation effect of microbial cement.Therefore,in this paper,the appearance of sea sand,river sand and coral sand were analyzed by super depth of field microscope,and the influence of three particles on microbial adsorption were studied.The compressive strength,calcite content,penetration rate and micro structure of microbial cement consolidated sand columns prepared by pouring process and mixing process were analyzed respectively.The results showed that coral sand particles had the best microorganisms absorption,and the pores between particles were more easily filled with calcium carbonate crystals.Compared with sea sand column and river sand column,the consolidation effect of coral sand column was better under the two preparation processes of pouring and mixing,the compressive strength was 1.45 MPa and 2.07 MPa respectively,and the calcite content was 4.19%and 0.99%respectively,the infiltration rate was reduced to 0 after consolidation.The uniformity of microbial cement-based materials prepared by mixing process was better than that prepared by pouring process,and the operation was simpler.
