热消融治疗甲状腺结节的临床应用进展

甲状腺结节在临床上比较常见,患者在发病早期,大都选择保守治疗,如甲状腺激素抑制疗法、放射性碘治疗等,但是如果随着病情的进展,结节增大到一定程度,对周围组织器官造成压迫时需实施手术治疗。热消融术是临床上治疗甲状腺结节的主要方式之一,由于具备多种优势近几年来被广泛地应用在了对甲状腺结节患者的治疗中,且取得了较好的效果。本文详细综述了热消融术治疗甲状腺结节患者的进展情况。

thyroid nodules are common in clinic.in the early stage of the disease,patients usually choose conservative treatments,such as thyroid hormone inhibition therapy and radioactive iodine therapy,however,if the nodules increase to a certain extent along with the progression of the disease,compressed the surrounding tissues and organs,surgery is required.Thermal ablation is one of the main methods for the clinical treatment of thyroid nodules.Due to its various advantages,it has been widely used in the treatment of patients with thyroid nodules in recent years and has achieved good results.This study provides a detailed overview of the progress of thermal ablation in patients with thyroid nodules.
