摘要
本文以校园绿化土壤为改良对象,通过实验室小麦盆栽试验,以不施肥为对照(CK),配施废弃果皮发酵有机肥,施用比例为有机肥∶水=1∶2,改良过程中通过测定土壤pH、TN、TP、脲酶活性,分析废弃水果皮发酵有机肥对校园绿化土壤的改良作用。结果表明,校园绿化土壤pH(初始6.02)升至6.60(42 d时),废弃果皮发酵有机肥可以在一定程度上改进土壤酸化状况;土壤TP含量(初始266.70 mg/kg)在试验28 d时较高(537.33 mg/kg);土壤TN含量(初始5.28 g/kg)、土壤脲酶活性(初始229.42 U/g)在改良过程中均较低。
This paper took the greening soil of campus as the improvement object,through the pots experiment of wheat in the laboratory,with no organic manure as the control(CK)and the discarded peel fermented organic fertilizer was applied in the proportion of organic fertilizer∶water=1∶2.During the improvement process,the improvement effects of discarded peel fermented organic fertilizer on the campus greening soil were analyzed by measuring the soil pH,TN,TP,and urease activity.The experimental results showed that when the pH of campus greening soil(initial value 6.02)rose to 6.60(on the 42nd day),the organic fertilizer from discarded peel could improve the soil acidification to some extent.The soil TP content(initial value 266.70 mg/kg)was higher(537.33 mg/kg)on the 28th day of the experiment.Soil TN content(initial value 5.28 g/kg)and soil urease activity(initial value 229.42 U/g)were lower during the improvement process.
