阿司匹林联合拉贝洛尔用药对妊娠期高血压患者的疗效及其对血清Hcy和CRP的影响

Effect Of Aspirin Combined with Labetalol on Serum Hcy and CRP in Patients with Gestational Hypertension

目的研究阿司匹林联合拉贝洛尔用药对妊娠期高血压患者的疗效及其对血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响。方法选择2020年1月至2022年5月河南省平顶山妇幼保健院收治的60例妊娠期高血压患者,利用随机数表法均分为研究组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组患者给予拉贝洛尔治疗,研究组患者给予阿司匹林联合拉贝洛尔治疗。比较两组患者的血压、妊娠结局、血清Hcy和CRP水平及治疗有效率。结果经过药物治疗干预后,两组患者的舒张压与收缩压均低于本组治疗前,且研究组对血压的控制程度显著好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者发生不良妊娠结局比率(10.00%)显著低于对照组(33.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的血清Hcy和CRP水平均低于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且研究组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗有效率(97.67%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用阿司匹林联合拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠期高血压患者对其血压及血清Hcy和CRP水平的控制效果更好,不良妊娠结局发生概率更低,疗效更好。

Objective To study the effect of aspirin combined with labetalol on serum homocysteine(Hcy)and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels in hypertensive patients during pregnancy.Methods A total of 60 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to Pingdingshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Henan Province from January 2020 to May 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the study group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The control group was treated with labetalol,while the study group was treated with aspirin combined with labetalol.The blood pressure,pregnancy outcome,serum Hcy and CRP levels,and treatment efficiency were compared between the two groups.Results After drug treatment intervention,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the control degree of blood pressure in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the study group(10.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(33.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum Hcy and CRP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the study group was significantly lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the study group(97.67%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aspirin combined with labetalol in the treatment of gestational hypertension has a better control effect on blood pressure,serum Hcy and CRP levels,lower incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,and better curative effect.
