蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体感染肺炎的临床疗效及对免疫功能和炎症因子的影响

Influence of Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid and Azithromycin on the Curative Effects,Immune Function and Inflammatory Factors for Mycoplasma Pneumonia Children

目的分析蒲地蓝消炎口服液加阿奇霉素用于支原体感染肺炎患儿的疗效和对其免疫功能、炎症因子的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2022年12月开封市妇幼保健院收治的78例支原体感染所致的肺炎患儿,经随机双盲法将其中39例归为对照组(阿奇霉素),39例归为观察组(在对照组基础上加以蒲地蓝)。比较两组疗效、症状消失、住院时间、开始治疗前和结束治疗后的免疫功能、炎症因子水平、副反应出现情况。结果观察组在治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组症状消失及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组各项炎症因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组各项炎症因子均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组副反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论蒲地蓝消炎口服液加阿奇霉素用于支原体感染肺炎患儿疗效理想,能促进其症状消失,缩短其住院时间,改善其免疫功能,降低其炎症因子水平,且安全性高,值得临床采用。

Objective To analyze the influence of Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid and Azithromycin on the curative effects,immune function and inflammatory factors for mycoplasma pneumonia children.Methods A total of 78 mycoplasma pneumonia children treated from January 2022 to December 2022 in Kaifeng Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected.According to random double-blind method,children were assigned to control group(n=39,Azithromycin)and observation group(n=39,Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid and Azithromycin).The curative effects,symptom relief and hospitalization time,immune function,inflammatory factors and side reaction reactions were compared between two groups.Results The effective rate in the observation group was higher than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05);The symptom relief and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05);Before treatment,CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)values between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);After treatment,CD4^(+),CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)values in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;CD8^(+)value in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05);Before treatment,the inflammatory factors between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);After treatment,the inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05);The side reaction between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusion Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid combined with azithromycin has ideal curative effect in children with mycoplasma pneumonia,which can promote the disappearance of symptoms,shorten the length of hospital stay,improve immune function,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and has high safety,which is worthy of adoption.
