芪地膝黄桂苓汤治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效及对患者炎性因子和免疫功能的影响

Influence of Qidixihuang Guiling Decoction on the Inflammatory Factors and Immune function for Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Patients

目的分析芪地膝黄桂苓汤用于慢性盆腔炎的疗效和对患者炎性因子、免疫功能产生的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月新乡市第二人民医院收治慢性盆腔炎70例患者,结合随机数字表法划分成对照组(仅予以西药)、观察组(于对照组基础上加以芪地膝黄桂苓汤)各35例,比较两组治疗有效率,开始治疗前、结束治疗后证候评分、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、外周血中CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、CD3^(+)水平和副反应情况。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组证候积分(下腹疼痛、带下异常、腰骶疼痛、肛门坠胀及月经失调)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组各项证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组炎性因子(IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组各项炎性因子水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组免疫功能指标(CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、CD3^(+))比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、CD3^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组副反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论芪地膝黄桂苓汤用于慢性盆腔炎疗效理想,能改善患者各项症状和免疫功能,降低其炎性因子水平,且安全性较高,值得临床应用。

Objective To analyze the influence of Qidixihuang Guiling decoction on the inflammatory factors and immune function for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients.Methods A total of 70 chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients treated from January 2019 to January 2021 in our hospital were selected.According to random number table,were divided into control group(western medicine only)and observation group(western medicine and Qidixihuang Guiling decoction)35 cases.The effective rate,score of symptoms before and after treatment,Interleukin-6(IL-6),Interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),peripheral blood CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and CD3^(+)and side effects were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate in the observation group was higher than control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,there were no significant between-group differences about the clinical symptom scores of hypogastralgia,leukorrheal anomaly,lumbosacral pain,anal swelling and menstrual disorder(P>0.05);after treatment,the clinical symptom scores in the observation group were lower than control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,there were no significant between-group differences about the inflammatory factors like IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α(P>0.05);after treatment,the inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,there were no significant between-group differences about the immune function indexes like CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and CD3^(+)(P>0.05);after treatment,CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and CD3^(+)values in the observation group were higher than control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);CD8^(+)values in the observation group were lower than control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);the adverse drug rates between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusion Qidixihuang Guiling decoction has an ideal therapeutic effect on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease improve the immune function and treatment safety for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients.reduce their levels of inflammatory factors,and has high safety.It is worthy of clinical application.
