基于创新扩散理论的综合护理对急性脑梗死患者心理韧性、神经功能及日常生活能力的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Based on Innovation Diffusion Theory on Mental Toughness,Nervous Function and Daily Living Ability of Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)患者给予基于创新扩散理论的综合护理干预对心理韧性、神经功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法选取2020年2月至2022年2月在周口市中医院治疗的96例ACI患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分成干预组(48例)和对照组(48例),对照组给予常规护理干预,干预组给予基于创新扩散理论的综合护理干预,比较两组心理韧性、神经功能及日常生活能力。结果干预后两组心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)评分明显高于干预前,且干预组评分高于对照组;干预后两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分明显低于干预前,且干预组评分低于对照组;干预后两组日常生活活动量表(ADL)评分明显高于干预前,且干预组评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ACI患者给予基于创新扩散理论的综合护理干预,能够提高患者心理韧性,改善患者神经功能并提高日常生活能力。

Objective To investigate the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention based on innovative diffusion theory on mental toughness,neurological function,and daily living ability in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods A total of 96 ACI patients treated in Zhoukou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as research objects,and divided into an intervention group(48 cases)and a control group(48 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the intervention group was given comprehensive nursing intervention based on innovation diffusion theory.The psychological resilience,neurological function,and daily living ability of the two groups were compared.Results The Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)scores of the two groups after intervention were significantly higher than those before the intervention,and the score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group.The score of the national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)was significantly lower in the two groups after intervention than before intervention,and the score of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group.After the intervention,the scores of the activities of daily living scale(ADL)of the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention,and the scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention based on innovation diffusion theory can improve the mental toughness,neurological function,and daily living ability of patients with ACI.
