人性化护理干预对妇科门诊人流手术患者情绪的影响

The Influence of Humanized Nursing Intervention on the Emotions of Patients undergoing Abortion Surgery in Gynecological Outpatients

目的探索人性化护理干预在妇科门诊人流手术患者中的实施效果。方法选择驻马店市中心医院2021年7月至2021年12月收入的500例妇科门诊人流手术患者,使用随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,其中对照组(250例)实施常规护理,试验组(250例)实施常规护理联合人性化护理。对比干预前后两组焦虑、抑郁情绪评分、生活质量情况、临床指标改善情况和护理满意度。结果干预后,试验组焦虑抑郁评分低于对照组,生理职能、社会功能等生活质量指标评分高于对照组,且试验组患者舒张压、收缩压和心率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇科门诊人流手术患者实施人性化护理,能明显缓解患者负面情绪,利于稳定其血压和心率,可提升患者生活质量和满意度。

Objective To explore the implementation effect of humanized nursing intervention on the emotions of patients undergoing abortion surgery in gynecological outpatients.Methods A total of 500 gynecological outpatient abortion patients who were admitted to Zhumadian Central Hospital from July 2021 to December 2021 were divided into control group and experimental group using a random number table method.The control group(250 cases)received routine nursing,while the experimental group(250 cases)received a combination of routine nursing and humanized nursing.The scores of anxiety and depression,quality of life,improvement of clinical indicators,and nursing satisfaction between the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results After the intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of quality of life indicators such as physiological function and social function were higher than those of the control group.In addition,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,and heart rate of the experimental group patients were lower than those of the control group,and nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing humanized nursing for gynecological outpatient abortion patients can significantly alleviate their negative emotions,stabilize their blood pressure and heart rate,and improve their quality of life and satisfaction.
