血液透析滤过治疗尿毒症合并皮肤瘙痒患者采用护理干预的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Nursing Intervention on uremic Patients with Skin Itching treated with Hemodialysis Filtration

目的分析血液透析滤过治疗尿毒症合并皮肤瘙痒患者采用护理干预的临床效果。方法围绕2019年12月至2021年12月商丘市中医院收治的80例血液透析滤过治疗尿毒症合并皮肤瘙痒患者展开研究,并以随机抽样法为分组依据,将其分为对照组(n=40)及实验组(n=40)。对照组采取常规护理,实验组在对照组护理基础上采取加强护理,统计数据后,针对两组护理前后瘙痒严重程度评分、皮肤病生活质量评分、负性情绪评分及护理满意度展开对比分析。结果护理前,两组皮肤瘙痒严重程度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组皮肤瘙痒严重程度评分均明显低于护理前,且实验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组皮肤病生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组DQOLS评分明显高于护理前,Skindex-16评分明显低于护理前,且实验组变化幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组负性情绪评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分均明显低于护理前,且实验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组满意度评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对血液透析滤过治疗尿毒症合并皮肤瘙痒患者采用加强护理可显著缓解其瘙痒症状,提升其生活质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of nursing intervention on uremic patients with skin itching treated with hemodialysis filtration.Methods A study was conducted on 80 patients with uremia combined with skin itching treated with hemodialysis filtration at Shangqiu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2019 to December 2021.They were divided into control group(n=40)and experimental group(n=40)based on random sampling.The control group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received strengthened nursing based on the control group.After collecting data,a comparative analysis was conducted on the severity score of itching,quality of life score of skin diseases,negative emotion score,and nursing satisfaction before and after care in the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the severity scores of skin itching between the two groups(P>0.05);After nursing,the severity scores of skin itching in both groups were significantly lower than before nursing,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life scores of skin diseases between the two groups(P>0.05);After nursing,the DQOLS scores of the two groups were significantly higher than before nursing,and the Skindex-16 scores were significantly lower than before nursing,the experimental group had a greater range of changes than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in negative emotion scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of both groups were significantly lower than before nursing,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening nursing for uremic patients with skin itching treated with hemodialysis filtration can significantly alleviate their itching symptoms and improve their quality of life.
