品管圈活动应用于NICU早产儿的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of applying Quality Control Circle Activities to NICU premature Infants

目的分析品管圈活动应用于新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)收治早产儿的效果。方法选择2021年12月至至2022年2月郑州市妇幼保健院期间NICU收治的86例早产儿进行课题研究,利用随机数字表法进行分组,对照组纳入43例,采用常规化护理活动;研究组纳入43例,积极开展品管圈活动。严密观察不同护理活动在两组中的应用情况,并统计分析家属喂养认知率、不同时段内的喂养自我效能评分与早产儿发育指标。结果研究组患者家属喂养认知率(95.35%)高于对照组(79.07%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理干预前两组患者的技能维度、内心活动度维度及总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理干预后两组患者的技能维度、内心活动度维度及总分均升高,并且研究组患者的上述指标升高幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理干预前两组患者的体重、身长及头围比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理干预后两组患者的体重、身长及头围均高于干预前,并且研究组患者的上述指标升高幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对NICU收治的早产儿开展品管圈活动,可显著提高家属喂养认知率,改善喂养自我效能评分的同时,还能有效促进早产儿的生长发育,值得临床应用。

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of the application of quality control circle activities in the treatment of premature infants in the neonatal intensive care unit(NICU).Methods A study was conducted on 86 premature infants admitted to NICU in Zhengzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from December 2021 to February 2022.Randomized number table method was used for grouping,and 43 cases were included in the control group,using routine nursing activities,the study group included 43 cases and actively carried out quality control circle activities.The application of different nursing activities in the two groups was observed strictly,and the feeding awareness rate of family members,feeding self-efficacy scores at different time periods,and premature infant development indicators were statistically analyzed.Results The cognitive rate of feeding among the family members of the study group(95.35%)was higher than that of the control group(79.07%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the skill dimension,inner activity dimension,and total score between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After nursing intervention,the skill dimension,inner activity dimension,and total score of the two groups of patients increased,and the increase in the above indicators in the study group was greater than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in weight,length,and head circumference between the two groups of patients before nursing intervention(P>0.05).After nursing intervention,the weight,length,and head circumference of the two groups of patients were higher than before intervention,and the increase in the above indicators in the study group was greater than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Conducting quality control circle activities for premature infants admitted to NICU can significantly improve family members'feeding awareness rate,improve feeding selfefficacy scores,and effectively promote the growth and development of premature infants,which is worthy of clinical application.
