改良小切口甲状腺切除术治疗良性甲状腺肿瘤患者的效果

Effects of modified small incision thyroidectomy in treatment of patients with benign thyroid neoplasms

目的:探讨改良小切口甲状腺切除术治疗良性甲状腺肿瘤患者的效果。方法:选取2020年2月至2021年1月该院收治的82例良性甲状腺肿瘤患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各41例。对照组采用传统甲状腺切除术治疗,观察组采用改良小切口甲状腺切除术治疗,比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、住院时间、术后不同时间点视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,以及术后并发症发生率。结果:观察组手术时间、切口长度和住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后4、12、24 h,观察组VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为4.88%(2/41),低于对照组的26.83%(11/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良小切口甲状腺切除术治疗良性甲状腺肿瘤患者可缩短手术时间、切口长度和住院时间,减少术中出血量,减轻术后疼痛,降低并发症发生率,效果优于传统甲状腺切除术。

Objective:To compare effects of modified small incision thyroidectomy and traditional thyroidectomy in treatment of patients with thyroid neoplasms.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 82 patients with thyroid neoplasms admitted to the hospital from February 2020 to January 2021.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional thyroidectomy,while the observation group was treated with modified small in cision thyroidectomy.The levels of surgical indicators(operation time,intraoperative blood loss,incision length,and hospitalization time),the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores at different time points after the operation,and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,the incision length and the hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).4,12 and 24 h after the operation,the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.88%(2/41),which was lower than 26.83%(11/41)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Modified small incision thyroidectomy for the patients with thyroid neoplasms can shorten the operation time,the incision length and the hospitalization time,reduce the intraoperative blood loss,relieve the postoperative pain,and reduce the incidence of complications.Moreover,it is superior to traditional thyroidectomy.
