环孢素滴眼液联合聚乙二醇滴眼液治疗干眼症患者的效果

Effects of Cyclosporine eye drops combined with Polyethylene glycol eye drops in treatment of patients with dry eye

目的:观察环孢素滴眼液联合聚乙二醇滴眼液治疗干眼症患者的效果。方法:选取2020年2月至2021年12月该院收治的73例干眼症患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组37例与对照组36例。对照组给予聚乙二醇滴眼液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合环孢素滴眼液治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后干眼症状评分、泪河高度、眼表疾病指数(OSDI)评分、眼表功能指标[泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(SIT)、角结膜荧光素染色(FL)]水平和泪液炎性因子[基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素(TSLP)]水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.59%,明显高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组泪河高度、BUT、SIT水平高于对照组,干眼症状评分、OSDI评分、FL评分以及TSLP、MMP-9、IL-1β水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:环孢素滴眼液联合聚乙二醇滴眼液治疗干眼症可提高治疗总有效率、泪河高度、BUT、SIT水平,降低干眼症状评分、OSDI评分、FL评分和炎性因子水平,效果优于单纯聚乙二醇滴眼液治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Cyclosporine eye drops combined with Polyethylene glycol eye drops in treatment of patients with dry eye.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 73 patients with dry eye admitted to this hospital from February 2020 to December 2021.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(37 cases)and control group(36 cases).The control group was treated with Polyethylene glycol eye drops,while the observation group was treated with Cyclosporine eye drops on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the dry eye symptom score,the tear meniscus height,the ocular surface disease index(OSDI)score,the ocular surface function index levels[tear film rupture time(BUT),Schirmer I test(SIT),corneal and conjunctival fluorescein staining(FL)],and the tear inflammatory factor levels[matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),thymic stromal lymphopoietin(TSLP)]were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.59%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the meniscus river height,the BUT level and the SIT level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;the dry eye symptom score,the OSDI score,the FL score and the TSLP,MMP-9 and IL-1β levels were lower than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Cyclosporine eye drops combined with Polyethylene glycol eye drops in the treatment of dry eye can improve the total effective rate of treatment,the tear meniscus height,the BUT level and the SIT level,reduce the dry eye symptom score,the OSDI score,the FL score and the inflammatory factor levels.Moreover,it is superior to single Polyethylene glycol eye drops treatment.
