平衡仪训练联合常规康复训练在老年卒中后偏瘫患者中的应用效果

Application effects of balance instrument training combined with routine rehabilitation training in elderly patients with hemiplegia after stroke

摘要 目的:观察平衡仪训练联合常规康复训练在老年卒中后偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年4月至2021年4月该院收治的62例老年卒中后偏瘫患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各31例。对照组给予常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上给予平衡仪训练,比较两组下肢Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)评分、10 m最大步行速度、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分、步行功能分级。结果:训练3个月后,两组下肢FMA评分、10 m最大步行速度均高于训练前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);训练1、2、3个月后,观察组BBS评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);训练3个月后,观察组步行功能分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:平衡仪训练联合常规康复训练用于老年卒中后偏瘫患者可提高其下肢FMA评分、BBS评分和10 m最大步行速度,改善其步行功能分级,效果优于单纯常规康复训练。 Objective:To observe application effects of balance instrument training combined with routine rehabilitation training in elderly patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 62 elderly patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted to this hospital from April 2020 to April 2021.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,31 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training,while the observation group was given balance instrument training on the basis of that of the control group.The lower limb Fugl-Meyer motor function scale(FMA)score,the 10-meter maximum walking speed,the Berg balance scale(BBS)score,and the walking function classification were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 months of training,the lower limb FMA scores and the 10-meter maximum walking speed levels in the two groups were higher than those before the training,those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month,2 months and 3 months of training,the BBS scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after 3 months of training,the walking function classification of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Balance instrument training combined with routine rehabilitation training for the elderly patients with hemiplegia after stroke can improve their lower limb FMA scores,BBS scores and 10-meter maximum walking speed levels,and improve their walking function classification.Moreover,it is superior to single routine rehabilitation training.
