芪地糖肾方联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病患者的效果

Effect of Qidi Tangshen formula combined with Benazepril on diabetic nephropathy

目的:探讨芪地糖肾方联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年9月至2022年9月该院收治的68例DN患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同将患者分为对照组和观察组各34例。对照组口服盐酸贝那普利片,观察组在对照组基础上联合芪地糖肾方治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、肾功能指标[中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)、β_(2)微球蛋白(β_(2)-MG)、血肌酐(Scr)、24 h尿蛋白定量]水平、血清炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)]水平及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.12%(32/34),高于对照组的67.65%(23/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组中医证候积分,NGAL、β_(2)-MG、Scr水平,24 h尿蛋白定量,以及血清IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α、MCP-1水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:芪地糖肾方联合贝那普利治疗DN患者效果显著,可降低中医证候积分、血清炎性因子水平,改善肾功能指标,效果优于单用贝那普利治疗。

Objective:To explore effects of Qidi Tangshen formula combined with Benazepril in treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:The clinical data of 68 patients with DN admitted to this hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,these patients were divided into control group and observation group,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Benazepril hydrochloride tablets orally,while the observation group was treated with Qidi Tangshen formula on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the TCM syndrome scores before and after the treatment,the renal function index levels[neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin(NGAL),β_(2)-microglobulin(β_(2)-MG),serum creatinine(Scr),24 h urine protein quantification],the serum inflammatory factor levels[interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)],and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.12%(32/34),which was higher than 67.65%(23/34)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,the NGAL,β_(2)-MG and Scr levels,the 24 h urine protein quantification,and the serum IL-6,IL-1β,TNF-α,MCP-1 levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Qidi Tangshen formula combined with Benazepril has a significant effect on the DN patients,which can reduce the TCM syndrome scores,the serum inflammatory factor levels,and improve the renal function indicator levels.Moreover,it is superior to single Benazepril treatment.
