强化营养支持护理在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果

Application effects of intensive nutrition support nursing in patients with type 2 diabetes

目的:观察强化营养支持护理在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年3月至2020年3月该院收治的204例2型糖尿病患者进行前瞻性研究,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组各102例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合强化营养支持护理,比较两组护理前后血脂指标[总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)]水平、营养状况[营养风险筛查量表(NRS-2002)]评分、血糖指标水平和并发症发生率。结果:护理后,两组TC、TG、LDLC水平以及NRS-2002评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用强化营养支持护理可降低2型糖尿病患者血脂指标水平、营养状况评分和并发症发生率,其效果优于单纯常规护理。

Objective:To observe application effects of intensive nutrition support nursing in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 204 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2020.They were divided into observation group and control group by using the random number table method,102 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given intensive nutrition support nursing on this basis.The levels of blood lipid indexes[total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDLC)],the nutritional status[nutritional risk screening scale(NRS-2002)]score,the blood glucose index levels,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:After the nursing,the levels of TC,TG,LDLC and the NRS-2002 scores in the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the intensive nutrition support nursing can reduce the levels of blood lipid indexes,the nutritional status scores and the incidence of complications in the patients with type 2 diabetes.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
