醋酸曲普瑞林联合维生素D_(3)治疗特发性中枢性性早熟女童的效果

Effects of Triptorelin acetate combined with Vitamin D_(3) in treatment of girls with idiopathic central precocious puberty

目的:观察醋酸曲普瑞林联合维生素D_(3)治疗特发性中枢性性早熟(ICPP)女童的效果。方法:选取2020年3月至2021年12月该院收治的84例ICPP女童进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组各42例。对照组予以维生素D_(3)治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合醋酸曲普瑞林治疗,两组均持续治疗6个月。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后性激素指标[黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇、睾酮]水平、子宫体积、卵巢体积、生长发育指标(骨龄、生长速度)水平和不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为95.24%(40/42),高于对照组的78.57%(33/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组LH、FSH、雌二醇、睾酮水平均低于对照组,子宫体积、卵巢体积均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3、6个月后,研究组骨龄、生长速度水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:醋酸曲普瑞林联合维生素D_(3)治疗ICPP女童可提高治疗总有效率,降低性激素水平,缩小子宫体积和卵巢体积,改善生长发育指标水平,效果优于单用维生素D_(3)治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Triptorelin acetate combined with Vitamin D_(3) in treatment of girls with idiopathic central precocious puberty(ICPP).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 84 girls with ICPP admitted to this hospital from March 2020 to December 2021.They were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,42 cases in each.The control group was treated with Vitamin D_(3),while the study group was treated with Triptorelin acetate on the basis of that of the control group.Both groups were treated for 6 months.The clinical efficacy,the levels of sex hormone indexes[luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol,testosterone],the uterine volume,the ovarian volume,the growth and development index levels(bone age,growth rate),and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.24%(40/42),which was higher than 78.57%(33/42)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of LH,FSH,estradiol and testosterone in the study group were lower than those in the control group;the uterine volume and the ovarian volume were smaller than the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 and 6 months of treatment,the bone age and the growth rate of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Triptorelin acetate combined with Vitamin D_(3) in the treatment of the ICPP girls can improve the total effective rate of treatment,reduce the levels of sex hormones,reduce the volumes of uterus and ovary,and improve the levels of growth and development indexes.Moreover,it is superior to single Vitamin D_(3) treatment.
