复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合赖氨葡锌颗粒治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的效果

Effects of Compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets combined with Lysine hydrochloride and zinc gluconate granules in treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis

目的:观察复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合赖氨葡锌颗粒治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年1月该院收治的92例轮状病毒性肠炎患儿进行前瞻性研究,根据随机数字表法将患儿分为对照组和观察组各46例。对照组采用赖氨葡锌颗粒治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗。治疗1周后,比较两组临床疗效、临床症状消失时间、治疗前后血清心肌酶谱指标[肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)]水平、炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]水平及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.83%(45/46),明显高于对照组的82.61%(38/46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组止泻时间、退热时间及呕吐消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血清CK、LDH、IL-6、hs-CRP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合赖氨葡锌颗粒治疗轮状病毒性肠炎患儿可提高治疗总有效率,加快症状消失,改善心肌酶谱指标、炎性因子水平,效果优于单用赖氨葡锌颗粒治疗。

Objective:To investigate effects of Compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets combined with Lysine hydrochloride and zinc gluconate granules in treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 92 children with rotavirus enteritis admitted to this hospital from January 2020 to January 2022.These children were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,46 cases in each.The control group was treated with Lysine hydrochloride and zinc gluconate granules,while the observation group was treated with compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets on the basis of that of the control groupA.fter 1 week of treatment,the clinical efficacy,the durationo f clinical symptom resolution,the levels of myocardial enzymes[creatine kinase(CK),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)],the inflammatory factor levels[interleukin-6(IL-6),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)],and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.83%(45/46),which was significantly higher than 82.61%(38/46)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The antidiarrheal time,the antipyretic time and the vomiting disappearance time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of serum CK,LDH,IL-6 and hs-CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets combined with lysamine-glucozinc granules in the treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis can improve the total effective rate and accelerate the disappearance of symptoms,and improve the levels of myocardial enzymes and inflammatory factors.Moreover,it is superior to single Lysine hydrochloride and zinc gluconate granules.
