摘要 近年来,作为安全作业监管的特殊场所,火力发电厂的煤场作业安全事故频发,作业安全监管场景复杂,人员和车辆往来频繁,监管形势严峻。文中结合煤场生产现场的实际情况和当前快速发展的定位技术,实现基于北斗RTK与UWB技术的煤场作业安全防护系统的建设,以此实现作业安全监管从人防到技防的转变,杜绝因设备异常或操作不当而导致安全事故的发生,做到事前有监测,出现异常提前告警,为后期实现数字煤场、智慧煤场提供有力的技术和系统平台支撑。 In recent years,as a special place for safe operation supervision,the coal yard of fossil-fuel power station has frequent safety accidents,complex scene of operation safety supervision,frequent personnel and vehicle exchanges,and severe supervision situation.This paper combines the actual situation of the coal yard production site and the rapidly developing positioning technology to achieve the construction of a coal yard operation safety protection system based on Beidou RTK and UWB technology,in order to achieve the transformation of operation safety supervision from people's air defence to technical defense,prevent the occurrence of safety accidents caused by equipment abnormalities or improper operation,and achieve monitoring in advance and early warning in case of abnormalities,so as to provide strong technical and system platform support for the later implementation of digital coal yards and smart coal yards.
