摘要
目的了解泸州市大学生防艾生活技能的现状,分析其影响因素,为制订更有针对性的艾滋病防控措施提供参考依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,抽取泸州市3所大学的在校大学生进行基本情况、防艾生活技能问卷调查。数据分析主要采用χ^(2)检验、非条件logistic回归等。结果共调查625名大学生,其中男生243人,女生382人。防艾生活技能总分为(119.18±14.66)分,合格率仅为48.8%;在8个维度中,合格率最高为毒品严重性感知(78.2%),最低为协商能力(42.2%)。多因素分析结果显示:常居住地、健康教育是防艾生活技能的影响因素,防艾生活技能合格率城市学生高于农村学生(OR=1.577,95%CI=1.130~2.203),经常接受防艾健康教育的学生高于未经常接受健康教育的学生(OR=1.737,95%CI=1.209~2.494)。专业、健康教育是协商能力的影响因素,协商能力合格率医学生低于非医学专业的学生(OR=0.492,95%CI=0.347~0.699),经常接受防艾健康教育的学生高于未经常接受健康教育的学生(OR=2.016,95%CI=1.380~2.946)。结论高校在防艾健康教育上应注重对医学生、农村地区学生防艾生活技能及其协商能力的提升。
Objective To understand the current situation of HIV/AIDS prevention life skills of college students in Luzhou City,and analyze their influencing factors,so as to provide references for formulating more targeted HIV/AIDS prevention and control measures.Methods The stratified cluster sampling method was used to select college students from three universities in Luzhou City to conduct a questionnaire survey on basic information and HIV/AIDS prevention life skills.Theχ^(2) test and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the obtained data.Results A total of 625 university students were surveyed,of whom 243 were men and 382 were women.The average total score of HIV/AIDS prevention life skills was(119.18±14.66),and the pass rate was only 48.8%.Among the eight dimensions,the highest pass rate was drug severity perception(78.2%)and the lowest was negotiation ability(42.2%).The multivariate analysis showed that for the pass rate of HIV/AIDS prevention life skills,those who habitually lived in urban areas were higher than those in rural areas(OR=1.577,95%CI=1.130-2.203),and those who received HIV/AIDS prevention health education regularly were higher than those who rarely received HIV/AIDS prevention health education(OR=1.737,95%CI=1.209-2.494).For the qualification rate of negotiation ability,non-medical majors were higher than those of medical majors(OR=0.492,95%CI=0.347-0.699),and those who received regular HIV/AIDS prevention health education were higher than those who rarely received(OR=2.016,95%CI=1.380-2.946).Conclusion In HIV/AIDS prevention health education,colleges and universities should pay attention to improving the life skills of medical students and students in rural areas and their negotiation ability.
