温针灸配合中药熏药治疗寒湿型膝关节痛的效果分析

Effect analysis of warming acupuncture and moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in treatment of cold dampness type knee joint pain

目的分析温针灸配合中药熏药治疗寒湿型膝关节痛的效果。方法选取2019年11月—2021年11月本院寒湿型膝关节痛患者60例,随机分为实验组和常规组,每组各30例。常规组予以醋氯芬酸缓释片,实验组予以温针灸配合中药熏药。对比2组疗效、采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)、日本骨科协会量表(JOA)、健康调查简易表(MOS SF-36)评分。结果实验组总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于常规组的73.33%(22/30)(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05);治疗后,实验组VAS评分为(2.83±0.26),低于常规组的(5.79±0.68)(t=22.270,P<0.05);治疗后,实验组JOA评分为(25.13±3.01),高于常规组的(21.26±2.14)(t=5.739,P<0.05);治疗后,实验组生理功能(PF)、生理职能(PR)、躯体疼痛(BP)、总体健康(GH)、活力(VT)评分分别为(70.27±6.58)、(70.27±6.58)、(53.47±5.06)、(80.46±8.32)、(66.25±6.14),高于常规组的(61.53±5.61)、(61.53±5.61)、(48.52±4.12)、(71.33±7.18)、(57.37±5.26)(t=5.536、4.461、4.155、4.550、6.016,P均<0.05)。结论温针灸配合中药熏药治疗寒湿型膝关节痛患者效果确切,可改善膝关节功能。

Objective To analyze the effect of warming acupuncture and moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)fumigation in the treatment of cold dampness type knee joint pain.Methods Sixty patients with cold dampness type knee joint pain in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2021 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a routine group,with 30 cases in each group.The routine group was given aceclofenac sustained-release tablets,and the experimental group was given warm acupuncture combined with TCM fumigation.The curative effects of the two groups were compared by visual analogue scale(VAS),Japanese Orthopaedic Association scale(JOA),and simple health survey scale(MOS SF-36).Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%(29/30),higher than that of the routine group:73.33%(22/30)(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05).After treatment,the average VAS score of the experimental group was(2.83±0.26),lower than that of the routine group:(5.79±0.68)(t=22.270,P<0.05).After treatment,the average JOA score of the experimental group was(25.13±3.01),higher than that of the routine group:(21.26±2.14)(t=5.739,P<0.05).After treatment,the average scores of physiological function(PF),physiological function(PR),body pain(BP),general health(GH),and vitality(VT)in the experimental group were(70.27±6.58),(70.27±6.58),(53.47±5.06),(80.46±8.32)and(66.25±6.14)respectively,higher than those in the conventional group:(61.53±5.61),(61.53±5.61),(48.52±4.12),(71.33±7.18)and(57.37±5.26)(t=5.536,4.461,4.155,4.550,6.016,all P<0.05).Conclusion The warming acupuncture and moxibustion combined with TCM fumigation are effective in the treatment of cold dampness type knee joint pain and can improve knee joint function.
