摘要 无铅低熔点玻璃是高档汽车玻璃油墨的重要组成部分。实验选取了Bi_(2)O_(3)-B_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)三元体系玻璃,研究了组成对玻璃结构、转变温度(T_(g))、起始析晶温度(T_(x))、析晶稳定性(S)和耐酸性(A_(r))的影响。结果表明Bi_(2)O_(3)含量在40~80 mol%时,为玻璃均相区;(B_(2)O_(3)+SiO_(2))含量在60~80 mol%时,为玻璃分相区。Bi_(2)O_(3)在玻璃结构中主要起修饰剂作用,当B_(2)O_(3)含量不变,随着SiO_(2)/Bi_(2)O_(3)比的增加,[BiO_(6)]和[BiO_(3)]结构单元逐渐减少,[BO_(3)]和[SiO_(4)]结构单元逐渐增加,且玻璃的T_(g)、T_(x)和S值逐渐增大,说明玻璃的网络结构完整程度增强,析晶稳定性逐渐提高。当B_(2)O_(3)含量不变,随着SiO_(2)/Bi_(2)O_(3)比的增加,玻璃的耐酸质量损失率Ar值先减少后增大。实验制备的油墨烧结后的附着力ISO等级为0级,L值在3.12~3.61,光泽度在38.7~43.9 Gs,OD值为3.7,具有良好的附着力、黑度,光泽度和遮盖率。 Lead free low melting point glass is an important component of high-grade automotive glass enamel.In this paper,Bi_(2)O_(3)-B_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2) ternary system glass was selected,and the effects of composition on glass structure,transition temperature(T_(g)),initial crystallization temperature(T_(x)),crystallization stability(S)and acid-resistant(A_(r))were studied.The results show that when the content of Bi_(2)O_(3) is 40~80 mol%,it is the homogeneous region of glass;when the content of(Bi_(2)O_(3)+SiO_(2))is 60~80 mol%,it is the phase separation region of glass.Bi_(2)O_(3) mainly acts as a modifier in the glass structure.When the Bi_(2)O_(3) content remains unchanged,with the increase of SiO_(2)/Bi_(2)O_(3) ratio,[BiO_(6)]and[BiO_(3)]structural units gradually decrease,[BO_(3)]and[SiO_(4)]structural units gradually increase,and the Tg,Tx and S values of the glass gradually increase,indicating that the integrity of the network structure of the glass is enhanced and the crystallization stability is gradually improved.When the Bi_(2)O_(3) content remains unchanged,with the increase of the SiO_(2)/Bi_(2)O_(3) ratio,the acid resistance mass loss rate Ar of the glass first decreases and then increases.The adhesive force ISO grade of the enamel prepared in the experiment after sintering is 0,the L value is 3.29~4.32,the gloss is 39.7~41.4 Gs,and the OD value is 3.7.It has good adhesion,blackness,gloss and coverage.
