摘要
研究了西石门“矽卡岩型”铁尾矿制备建筑瓷砖的可行性,分析了铁尾矿的理化性质及工艺性能,并以铁尾矿为高掺量原料制备出吸水率、抗折强度符合标准的建筑瓷砖。结果表明:铁尾矿SiO_(2)含量较低(30.66wt%),粒度较细,中值粒径(D_(50))为47.8μm,具有中等可塑性,可塑性指数为2.95。以铁尾矿(45 wt%),钾长石(27.5wt%)和烧滑石(27.5 wt%)为原料,球磨4 h,在1200℃烧制成型,所得瓷砖主晶相为透辉石,吸水率小于0.5%,抗折强度为114.92 MPa。
This paper studies the feasibility of preparing building tiles with“skarn type”iron tailings in Xishimen,analyzes the physical and chemical properties and technological properties of iron tailings,and proposes using iron tailings as high content raw materials to prepare building tiles with water absorption and flexural strength meeting the standards.The results show that the SiO_(2) content of iron tailings is low(30.66 wt%),the particle size is fine,and the median particle size(D_(50))is 47.8μm.It has medium plasticity and plasticity index is 2.95.Iron tailings(45 wt%),potassium feldspar(27.5 wt%)and calcined talc(27.5 wt%)were used as raw materials,milled for 4 h,and fired at 1200℃.The main crystalline phase of the ceramic tile obtained was diopside,with water absorption less than 0.5%and bending strength of 114.92 MPa.
