摘要
由于平台运行产生的日志数据规模庞大、形式多样、错综复杂,且信息甄别难度高,给核电站机组分布式控制系统(DCS)设备运行状态的判定分析带来困难。为了快速、有效地实现DCS故障日志诊断及分析处理,创新地提出了一种基于计算机编程、结合DCS组态软件配置的故障快速诊断分析方法。该方法基于日志数据的收集和服务处理思路,利用分布式收集策略采集日志,通过工作站上的运行程序,对DCS日志数据进行一站式分析,实现DCS故障的快速诊断。通过在机组上的应用,有效提高了现场工作效率,可精准预判、定位故障点或可靠性降级设备,较常规手段具有准确性高、时效性强等特点。该方法具有一定先进性和创新性,具备较高的同行推广价值。
Due to the large scale,diverse and complex forms of log data generated by platform operation,and the high difficulty of information screening,it brings difficulties to the determination and analysis of the operation status of the distributed control system(DCS)equipment of nuclear power plant units.In order to realize the diagnosis and analysis of DCS fault logs quickly and effectively,a rapid fault diagnosis and analysis method based on computer programming and combination with DCS configuration software is innovatively proposed.The method is based on the idea of log data collection and service processing,using a distributed collection strategy to collect logs,and running the program on the workstation to perform one-stop analysis of DCS log data to achieve rapid diagnosis of DCS faults.Through the application on the unit,it effectively improves the field work efficiency and can accurately predetermine and locate the fault point or reliability degradation equipment,which has the characteristics of high accuracy and timeliness compared with the conventional means.The method has a certain degree of advanced and innovative,and has a high peer promotion value.
