核电站反应堆控制棒试验一键顺控系统的设计 被引量:1

摘要 为了解决核电站操纵员在频繁手动提插反应堆控制棒过程中极易出现的人因操作失误问题,开发了反应堆控制棒一键顺控系统,以实现对反应堆控制棒束可用性的定期检查工作。利用数字控制系统平台的可编译、可拓展特性,对反应堆棒控系统的逻辑组态、数据库、人机界面三方面进行纯软件设计。该顺控系统包括了启动前先决条件的自动判断、自动顺序控制、自动异常终止、堆芯监测、人工介入等功能。经过软件验证和确认评估、模拟机验证、实体机组再鉴定,以及系统在实体机组满功率运行期间的试运行,证明了该系统在反应堆控制棒操作过程中对于降低人因失误风险和提高效率方面的有效性。此设计理念可广泛应用于工业中各种复杂人工操作的防人因失误优化,以实现复杂的工业过程由人控到机控的转变。 To solve the problem for human error due to operation of frequent manual lifting and inserting of reactor control rods by nuclear power plant operators,a one-button compliance control system for reactor control rods is developed to realize the periodic checking work of reactor control rod bundle availability.Using the compliable and extensible features of the digital control system platform,the pure software design is carried out for three aspects of the reactor rod control system:logic configuration,database,and human-machine interface.The smooth control system includes automatic determination of pre-start prerequisites,automatic sequence control,automatic abnormal termination,core monitoring and manual intervention,etc.The effectiveness of the system in reducing the risk of human error and improving efficiency during reactor control rod operation has been demonstrated through software verification and validation evaluation,simulator verification,physical unit revalidation,and commissioning of the system during full power operation of the physical unit.This design concept can be widely applied to the optimization of human error prevention for various complex manual operations in industry,and to realize the transformation of complex industrial processes from human control to machine control.
