摘要
为保证核安全级分布式控制系统(DCS)多节点环网双向、大容量数据的可靠通信,介绍了一种基于光纤通信的多节点环网光切换矩阵技术,并设计开发了环网光切换矩阵模块。该模块采用按照特定的盘纤方式组成的两个非保持型光开关及供电模块,即插即用,免去了盘纤和繁琐的组网环节,可对环网进行灵活配置。该模块支持动态光路径管理、光网络故障保护功能。该技术解决了目前复杂网络中的光路切换和控制问题,实现了核安全级DCS中环网通信的容错设计,提高了产品的可靠性和可用性。
To ensure the reliable communication of bi-directional and large-capacity data in the multi-node ring network of nuclear safety-grade distributed control system(DCS),a multi-node ring network optical switching matrix technology based on fiber optic communication is introduced,and a ring network optical switching matrix module is designed and developed.The module is composed of two non-retentive optical switches and power supply modules in accordance with a specific tray fiber mode,plug-andplay,eliminating the tray fiber and tedious complicated networking links,and allowing flexible configuration of the ring network.The module supports dynamic optical path management and fault protection function of optical network.This technology solves the problem of the current optical path switching and control in complex networks,realizes the fault-tolerant design of ring network communication in nuclear safety-grade DCS,and improves the reliability and availability of the product.
