摘要
为实现稳压器安全阀阀位的精准测量,核电厂通常采用安全级阀位测量系统进行实时信号监测。对核电厂阀门位移量测量技术进行了深入研究。设计了一种基于差分电感原理的稳压器安全阀阀位测量系统。通过采用分体式的设计方案,有效提高了测量设备的耐事故性能,并依托研制的试验样机开展了鉴定试验。试验结果表明,基于差分电感原理的稳压器安全阀阀位测量系统具有较高的测量精度,能够在正常和事故条件下实现安全阀阀位的准确测量。该系统后续可推广应用于其他恶劣环境条件下的位移测量领域。
To achieve accurate measurement of the safety valve position of the voltage regulator,nuclear power plants usually use safety-grade valve position measurement systems for real-time signal monitoring.The valve displacement measurement technology for nuclear power plants is in-depth studied.A differential inductance principle-based safety valve position measurement system of voltage regulator is designed.The accident resistance of the measurement equipment is improved by adopting a split design scheme,and a qualification test is conducted on the developed test prototype.The test results show that the differential inductance principle-based safety valve position measurement system of voltage regulator has a high measurement accuracy and can achieve accurate measurement of the safety valve position under normal and accident conditions.The system can be subsequently applied to other displacement measurement fields under harsh environmental conditions.
