摘要
随着快中子反应堆研究的不断发展,快中子直接测量技术成为研究焦点。提出了1种普通长光纤作为光信号传输媒介的ZnS探测系统。该系统不易受到电磁干扰,同时减小了探测器的体积。利用已有ZnS探测系统的探测效率,通过试验刻度,得到长光纤ZnS探测系统的探测效率为1.09%(2.45 MeV);同时,长光纤ZnS探测系统采集的脉冲信号时间宽度更低,降低了信号堆积的可能,有利于电子学信号采集系统分辨信号。该研究为快中子探测技术的工程应用提供了技术支撑。
With the continuous development of fast neutron reactor research,the direct fast neutron measurement technique has become a research focus.A ZnS detection system with a common long fiber optic as the optical signal transmission medium is proposed.The system is less susceptible to electromagnetic interference and reduces the size of the detector structure at the same time.Using the detection efficiency of the existing ZnS detection system,the detection efficiency of the long fiber optic ZnS detection system is 1.09%(2.45 MeV)obtained by experimental scaling;meanwhile,the pulse signal time width collected by the long fiber optic ZnS detection system is lower,which reduces the possibility of signal stacking and facilitates the discrimination of the signal by the electronics signal acquisition system.This study provides technical support for the fast neutron detection technology in engineering applications.
