摘要
为了进一步提升配网不停电作业的开展范围和作业安全性,对旁路作业技术进行了分析。结果表明,只要开发出电气连接可靠且绝缘性能满足带电作业要求的作业工具,就可以消除旁路作业中操作架空线路过程的电压和电流安全风险,提高作业效率和供电可靠性。无停电配电网运行已逐渐成为今后配电网建设的趋势,配电网投资逐年增加,对无停电配电网运行进行分析研究,分析无停电配电网运行的效益,为今后配电网运行成本精益管理提供建议具有重要意义。本文在对配电网非停电运行进行技术分析的基础上,结合非停电运行的社会效益,对加强非停电运行的管理提出了一些建议。
In order to further improve the scope and safety of distribution network uninterrupted operation,we analyzed the bypass operation technology.The results show that as long as a working tool with reliable electrical connection and insulation performance meeting the requirements of live working is developed,the voltage and current safety risks in the process of operating overhead lines in bypass operation can be eliminated,and the operation efficiency and power supply reliability can be improved.The operation of uninterrupted power distribution network has gradually become the trend of distribution network construction in the future,and the investment in distribution network has increased year by year.It is of great significance to analyze and study the operation of uninterrupted power distribution network,analyze the benefits of uninterrupted power distribution network operation,and provide suggestions for the lean management of distribution network operation costs in the future.On the basis of technical analysis of non-outage operation in distribution network,combined with the social benefits of non-outage operation,this paper puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the management of non-outage operation.
