在低碳发展理念下,电网企业应对“碳锁定”效应进行转型。文章围绕时间、空间两个层面,对电网规划中涉及的一系列低碳要素进行了分析,围绕常规流程探讨了电网规划模式,分析了有关评价指标体系及综合评价方法,提出了相关的低碳发展建议,以期能为有关人士提供参考。

Under the concept of low-carbon development,power grid enterprises should transform to address the“carbon lock-in”effect.The article analyzes a series of low-carbon elements involved in power grid planning at the two levels of time and space,explores the mode of power grid planning around conventional processes,analyzes relevant evaluation index systems and comprehensive evaluation methods,and finally proposes relevant low-carbon development suggestions,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
