摘要
基于多年对高压线路作业的深入调研,设计了一种用于高空高压电线通道的人工剪枝工作的机器人。利用超长的绝缘操纵臂,可以完成对高压线通道下面和两边的机器人工作范围中的超长枝条进行切割,同时对端头刀具和分枝操作的机制进行了探讨。
Based on years of in-depth investigation on high voltage line operation,a robot for artificial pruning of high voltage wire channel is designed.Using the ultra-long insulated control arm,it cuts the ultra-long branches in the working range of the robot below and on both sides of the cable channel.At the same time,the mechanism of end tool and branch operation is discussed.
