摘要
以甲醇为提取剂,在60℃下振荡萃取纺织品,以甲醇-水-乙腈(80:15:5,体积比)为流动相,采用蒸发光散射检测-高效液相色谱法(HPLC-ELSD)测定了纺织品中辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OPEO)的残留量。该方法不受OPEO未知聚合度的影响,操作简单快捷、定量可靠、重复性好,加标回收率在89.80%~104.26%范围,相对标准偏差为1.60%~6.06%。
After extracted by oscillating with methanol at 60℃,the residual amount of octylphenol ethoxylates(OPEO)in textiles was determined by high performance liquid chromatography with evaporative light scattering detector(HPLC-ELSD),using methanol-water-acetonitrile(80:15:5,volume ratio)as mobile phase.The method was not affected by the unknown degree of polymerization of octylphenol ethoxylates(OPEO)and was simple,rapid,reliable,and reproducible.The recoveries of method were in the range of 89.80%-104.26%,and the relative standard deviations were in the range of 1.60%-6.06%.
