摘要
应用全自动固相萃取-气相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱仪建立了地下水中甲基对硫磷的分析方法,对固相萃取柱及淋洗液的选择进行了讨论,对质谱参数进行了优化,结果发现当固相萃取小柱选择HLB,洗脱剂选择二氯甲烷时,目标物的加标回收率为84%~107%,相对标准偏差为1.3%~8.3%,方法检出限为0.045μg/L,根据方法分析结果,能够达到区分国标I、II类地下水水质的要求。该方法检出限低、回收率高、线性关系好,自动化程度高,所用试剂环境污染小,便于推广。
The selection of solid-phase extraction column and eluent was discussed,and the mass spectrometry parameters were optimized.The results showed that when HLB was selected as the solid phase extraction column and dichloromethane was selected as the eluent,the recovery rate of the target was 84%-107%,the relative standard deviation was 1.3%-8.3%,and the detection limit was 0.045μg/L.According to the analysis results,it could meet the requirements of distinguishing between Class I and Class II groundwater quality in the national standard.The method has low detection limit,high recovery rate,good linear relationship,high degree of automation,and low environmental pollution of reagents.
