摘要
根据GB/T 15000标准样品工作导则,研制L-丙氨酰-L-酪氨酸标准样品。经制备液相方法纯化得到的L-丙氨酰-L-酪氨酸标准样品,通过UV、IR、MS和NMR等方法进行结构鉴定,并进行均匀性、稳定性检验,最后采用质量平衡法和核磁共振法进行定值。L-丙氨酰-L-酪氨酸标准样品均匀性和稳定性良好,其定值结果为99.21%,置信度95%的扩展不确定度为0.46%。所制备的L-丙氨酰-L-酪氨酸样品满足标准样品工作导则的要求,可以用于L-丙氨酰-L-酪氨酸相关产品的方法验证和质量控制。
According to GB/T 15000 Directives for the work of reference materials,L-alanyl-L-tyrosine were purified by semi preparative liquid chromatography,its chemical structure was identified by UV,IR,MS and NMR,and its homogeneity and stability were tested.Mass balance method and nuclear magnetic resonance method were used to determine the certified value.The homogeneity and stability of L-alanyl-L-tyrosine were good,the certified value was 99.21%with extended uncertainty of 0.46%in confidence coefficient of 95%.The developed reference material L-alanyl-L-tyrosine can be used for method validation and quality control of related products of L-alanyl-L-tyrosine.
