基于改进多变量灰色预测的喷燃器摆角–再热汽温控制

摘要 针对传统PID控制对再热汽温控制效果不佳和传统灰色预测精度不高、误差较大的问题,首先对传统多变量灰色预测模型GM(1,2)结构进行改进,形成新的多变量灰色预测模型OGM(1,2);然后运用麻雀搜索算法对OGM(1,2)的生成系数进行优化,寻找使本征序列的平均相对模拟百分误差最小的生成系数值;最后与传统的PID结合,组成灰色预测控制系统对再热汽温进行控制。仿真结果表明,与传统PID控制相比,该方法使系统控制性能得到了明显的改善,同时具有良好的鲁棒性。 Aiming at the problems of poor control effect of traditional PID control on reheat steam temperature and low precision and large error of traditional grey prediction model,firstly,the structure of traditional multi-variable grey prediction model GM(1,2)is improved to form a new multi-variable grey prediction model OGM(1,2);and then,the sparrow search algorithm was used to optimize the generation coefficient of OGM(1,2)to find the generation coefficient value that minimized the average relative simulation percentage error of the intrinsic sequence;finally,combined with the traditional PID,the gray predictive control system is formed to control the reheat steam temperature.The simulation results show that compared with the traditional PID control,the control performance of the system is obviously improved,and the system has good robustness.
