摘要
可再生能源的出力随机性、波动性会对系统安全产生一定影响,因此对包含可再生能源的电力系统进行检修计划编制,考虑可再生能源的消纳能力对提高系统安全运行可靠性具有积极作用。提出了一种定量检修优化方法。针对包含可再生能源的系统关键部件提出一套检修策略,并计算出所有关键部件检修策略的总成本。最后,通过确定不同检修策略的最低总成本,选择关键部件的最佳检修策略。在IEEE 14节点系统上进行仿真分析,结果表明所提出的检修策略优化方法有效降低了检修总成本。
The randomness and fluctuation of the output of the renewable energy application will have a certain impact on system security,so the maintenance plans for power systems including the renewable energy is prepared,considering the absorption capacity of renewable energy and improving the reliability of safe operation of the system have a positive role.A quantitative maintenance optimization method is proposed.A set of maintenance strategies for key components of the system including renewable energy,calculates the total cost of maintenance strategies for all key components is proposed.Finally,selects the optimal maintenance strategy for key components by determining the lowest total cost of different maintenance strategies.The simulation results on IEEE 14 bus system show that the proposed maintenance strategy optimization method effectively reduces the total maintenance cost.
