摘要
基于2011—2020年19个指标构成的面板数据,采用熵值法测算陕西地区10所城市的高质量发展水平指数;采用基尼系数的分组法计算10所城市高质量发展水平的地区差异;采用kernel密度测算陕西地区城市高质量发展水平的动态演进趋势;选用σ收敛、SDM空间效用模型检验陕西地区城市高质量发展的时空收敛性。得出结论:一是西安市高质量发展水平指数明显高于省内其他城市,其高质量发展水平指数得分在0.8以上。二是2011—2020年陕西各城市间存在一定程度的极化现象,但不明显,总体仍呈现收敛态势。三是陕西地区城市σ收敛特征不显著,但存在显著的空间绝对收敛。
Based on the panel data composed of 19 indicators from 2011 to 2020,the entropy method is used to measure the high quality development level index of 10 cities in Shaanxi province.The regional differences in high quality development level are calculated by adopting the grouping method of Gini coefficient.The dynamic evolution trend of high quality development level is measured by kernel density.And the spatio-temporal convergence of high quality development in Shaanxi is tested withσand SDM spatial utility model.The conclusions are as follows:First,the high-quality development level index of Xi'an city is significantly higher than that of other cities in the province.Second,polarization phenomenon exists among cities in Shaanxi to a certain extent from 2011 to 2020,but not obvious,and the overall convergence trend is still shown.Third,theσfeature of urban regions in Shaanxi province is not significant,however,the absolute spatial convergence is prominent.
