氯化两面针碱对胶质瘤细胞增殖、迁移及侵袭的影响

Effects of nitidine chloride on proliferation,migration and invasion in glioma cells

目的探讨氯化两面针碱(nitidine chloride,NC)对胶质瘤LN18细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭能力的影响。方法以胶质瘤LN18细胞为研究对象。实验分为:对照组和NC处理组。采用CCK-8法检测胶质瘤细胞的增殖情况;用划痕和Transwell小室实验检测胶质瘤细胞的迁移和侵袭能力。结果与对照组相比,NC处理组胶质瘤细胞增殖能力与对照组有显著差异(P<0.01),NC处理组胶质瘤细胞的迁移能力低于对照组胶质瘤细胞(P<0.01),NC处理组胶质瘤细胞的侵袭能力低于对照组胶质瘤细胞(P<0.01)。结论氯化两面针碱可以抑制胶质瘤细胞的增殖,降低其迁移及侵袭能力。

Objective To explore the effects of nitidine chloride(NC)on the proliferation,migration and invasion ability of glioma cells.Methods Take glioma cells as the research object.The experiment was set as control group and NC treatment group.The proliferation of glioma cells was detected by CCK-8 method.The effects of NC on migration and invasion of glioma cells were detected by scratch and Transwell test.Results Compared with the control group,the proliferation ability of glioma cells in the NC group was significantly different(P<o.O1).The migration ability of glioma cells in the NC group was lower than that in the control group(P<o.O1).The invasion ability of glioma cells in NC treatment group was lower than that in control group(P<o.01).Conclusion Nitidine chloride inhibits the proliferation,reduces migration and invasion ability in glioma cells.
