Study on the Evolutionary Game of Competitive Behavior among Technology Alliances in Strategic Emerging Industries

在新型技术交叉与融合的新模式下,技术联盟选择合作生产是促进我国战略性新兴产业发展的一个重要手段。运用演化博弈思想和方法,建立了在市场机制与政策机制下的战略新兴产业技术联盟合作与竞争博弈模型。研究发现,企业生产过程中所投入的成本降低、前景损益和损益障碍因子数值减小、技术收益系数和合作产生的技术量增加等因素,都会对技术联盟趋于合作产生积极的影响。政府对生产过程成本给予一定程度的补贴、加大对双方合作的监管力度、行使监管权力时增大罚金数额,双方企业更倾向于选择合作。

Under the new mode of new technology intersection and integration,technology alliance selection for co-production is an important means to promote the development of strategic emerging industries in China.A game model of cooperation and competition of technology alliances in strategic emerging industries under market mechanism and policy mechanism is established.It is found that the reduction of the cost invested in the production process,the decrease of the values of prospective profit and loss and profit and loss barrier factors,the increase of the technology gain coefficient and the amount of technology generated by cooperation all have positive effects on the technology alliance tending to cooperate.The government subsidizes the cost of production process to a certain extent,increases the supervision of cooperation between the two parties,and increases the amount of penalty when exercising the regulatory power,and both companies are more inclined to choose cooperation.
