基于统计数据视角的贵州制造业高质量发展路径探索

制造业作为贵州省经济发展的重要产业,其发展状况直接反应了贵州省经济发展状况,从制造强省发展视角,通过2016—2021年贵州省制造业统计数据进行分析得出,近年来贵州省制造业得到快速发展,但仍存在高精端创新型人才汇集不足、高技术制造业发展乏力、清洁能源短缺限制绿色制造、核心竞争力有待增强等发展问题,并立足贵州实际,提出营造高精端创新型人才“留得住”的环境、重视高技术制造业研发创新、大力开发清洁能源发电、立足优势提升核心竞争力等对策建议,探索贵州制造业高质量发展路径,提升制造业综合发展实力,推动制造业向高科技绿色制造方向转型升级,助力贵州在新时代西部大开发上闯新路,不断迈向新型工业化道路。

As an important industry in the economic development of Guizhou Province,the development of manufacturing industry directly reflects the economic development of Guizhou Province,and from the perspective of the development of strong manufacturing province,the analysis of the statistical data of manufacturing industry in Guizhou Province from 2016 to 2021 shows that the manufacturing industry in Guizhou Province has been developed rapidly in recent years,but there are still insufficient collection of high precision and innovative talents,high technology Based on the actual situation of Guizhou,we propose countermeasures and suggestions to create an environment for high precision innovative talents to"stay",attach importance to R&D and innovation of high-tech manufacturing industry,vigorously develop clean energy generation,and enhance core competitiveness based on advantages.To explore the path of high-quality development of manufacturing industry in Guizhou,improve the comprehensive development strength of manufacturing industry,promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in the direction of high-tech and green manufacturing,and help Guizhou break new ground in the development of western China in the new era,and keep moving towards a new type of industrialization.
