摘要
介绍了国内外碳化硅产业的发展概况,分析了山西省碳化硅产业发展优势及面临的挑战,从产业链、关键技术、人才和资金等方面提出了山西省发展碳化硅产业的对策建议,以期助力山西省第三代半导体产业高质量发展。
The general development situation of the silicon carbide industry at home and abroad are introduced,and the development advantages and challenges of silicon carbide industry in Shanxi Province are analyzed.Some suggestions are put forward for the development of silicon carbide industry in Shanxi Province from the aspects of industry chain,key technologies,talents,funds and so on.
