为深化国资国企改革,山西省推进省属燃气企业整合重组,组建了全产业链的华新燃气集团,力争打造国内一流、具有行业领军力的燃气旗舰劲旅。以燃气产业从业者的视角,分析我国经济社会进入新时代背景下燃气行业发展的内外部环境和挑战,并对燃气产业整合重组后高质量发展进行思考,确保重组资产从“型”的聚合到“神”的重塑,实现上下游实质协同、高效衔接,真正提升产业规模、发展速度、质量效益和综合实力。

In order to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises,Shanxi Province has promoted the integration and restructuring of provincial gas enterprises and formed the whole industry chain of Huaxin Gas Group,striving to build a domestic first-class gas flagship force with industry leadership.From the perspective of a gas industry practitioner,we analyze the internal and external environment and challenges of the gas industry as China's economy and society enter a new era,and consider the high-quality development of the gas industry after integration and reorganization,ensuring that the reorganized assets move from the aggregation of"type"to the reshaping of"spirit".We also consider the quality development of the gas industry after the integration and restructuring,to ensure that the restructured assets are reshaped from"shape"to"spirit",to achieve substantial synergy and efficient connection between upstream and downstream,and to truly enhance the scale,development speed,quality and efficiency of the industry and comprehensive strength.
