摘要
为了解决工业机器人定位精度低、灵活性差的不足,提出了一种新的工业机器人视觉定位系统。以轮廓特征参数识别及处理为基础,实现了对零件的快速识别和定位,然后经过定位坐标转换,满足对零件轮廓特征的精确识别和定位。实际应用表明,该工业机器人视觉定位系统能够将工业机器人的定位精度提升到±0.4 mm,对提升工业机器人的定位精度和使用灵活性具有十分重要的意义。
In order to solve the shortcomings of low positioning accuracy and poor flexibility of industrial robots,a new vision positioning system for industrial robots is proposed.Based on the recognition and processing of contour feature parameters,fast recognition and positioning of parts are achieved,and then accurate recognition and positioning of part contour features are satisfied through positioning coordinate conversion.Based on practical applications,this vision positioning system for industrial robots can improve the positioning accuracy of industrial robots to±0.4 mm,which is of great importance for improving the positioning accuracy and flexibility of industrial robots.
