面向下料优化的铁塔制造企业物料管理系统的提升

摘要 对电力铁塔制造企业实际生产制造过程中的下料优化算法进行分析,提出将优化下料算法进行改进并融合到物料管理系统中的思路,开发设计面向下料优化的电力铁塔制造企业物料管理系统,提高电力铁塔制造企业原材料的利用率、工作效率和信息化管理水平,降低企业生产成本,提升企业的市场竞争力。 With the continuous development of China's power construction,the demand for power related equipment and materials is also increasing,including the power tower.The voltage of the transmission line is also getting higher and higher,the height of the power tower is also increasing,and the requirements for its design and manufacturing are also getting higher and higher.At present,the utilization rate of raw materials and production efficiency of many power tower manufacturing enterprises need to be further improved.The informatization level of enterprises is not high,the production and manufacturing costs are relatively high,and the process flow is unreasonable.The development of material management system for material cutting optimization can solve the above problems and improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.
