摘要
在分析了当前国内主要矿井通风系统风门运行情况的基础上,结合通风系统风门主要设计要求,设计出一种新型风门,并应用数值模拟分析法进行了模拟分析。模拟结果表明:该新型风门越靠近入口处传热性能会越好,在第一孔与第二孔处的流动特性最好,该风门能实现不停风倒机与防冻,具有一定的推广应用价值。
Based on the analysis of the current operation of the main mine ventilation system dampers in China,a new type of dampers was designed based on the main design requirements of the ventilation system dampers,and the numerical simulation analysis was applied to simulate the analysis.The simulation results show that:the closer the new dampers are to the entrance,the better the heat transfer performance will be,the best flow characteristics at the first and second holes,the dampers can achieve non-stop wind reversal and anti-freezing,and have certain promotion and application value.
