在对海洋平台相关设备进行维修或改造时,由于设备的背部、前方没有维修通道,现场服务工程师只能从机柜正门前方维修通道进行维护。因此,设计基于海上平台应用方式的盘前维护人工举升产业控制机柜,解决海洋平台上由于空间布局限制,设备需盘前维护的问题,有利于设备后方通风散热,便于作业人员操作。

Design of the manual lift industrial control cabinet based on the application method of offshore platform is designed to solve the problem of the equipment needing to be maintained in front of the disk on the offshore platform due to the limitation of space layout,which is conducive to the ventilation and heat dissipation at the rear of the equipment and convenient for the operation of the operator.
