基于钒钛产业的智能装备集成应用分析

摘要 钒钛作为我国重要战略资源,是“十四五”规划:加强原创性引领性科技公关中基础材料领域的着力点之一。因其生产过程受限于行业规模、工艺、自动控制和装备技术进步程度,目前我国钒钛生产制造自动化基础薄弱,智能装备的投入与建设更显不足,作为钒钛产业大国,为提高钒钛产业的竞争力,有必要和责任提高在钒钛产业的智能装备的研发投入。 As an important strategic resource in China,vanadium and titanium is one of the focus points of the 14th Five-Year Plan period to strengthen original and leading science and technology in the field of basic materials.Because of its production process is limited by the industry scale,process,automatic control and equipment technology progress,China's vanadium and titanium manufacturing automation base is weak,intelligent equipment investment and construction is more inadequate,as the vanadium and titanium industry,in order to improve the competitiveness of the vanadium and titanium industry,but also the need and responsibility to improve the vanadium and titanium industry in the research and development of intelligent equipment investment.
