某矿井掘进工作面支护优化及应用

摘要 为了优化某矿井掘进工作面的支护效果,以某胶带顺槽掘进工作面巷道为研究对象,分析了原巷道的支护工艺现状,并对支护工艺进行优化,确定了合理的锚杆(锚索)参数。对优化后巷道的围岩移近量、锚杆(锚索)预紧力以及锚杆(锚索)受力进行监测,并和原支护方案进行对比验证。结果表明:原有支护方式顶板最大下沉量为300 mm,优化后为30.1 mm,优化效果显著;锚杆(锚索)的抗拉力都在100 kN以上,锚固效果良好;锚杆(锚索)的监测锚固力均小于其设计锚固力,支护体工作状态良好。研究结果可为类似条件矿山巷道支护提供参考。 In order to optimize the support effect of a mine excavation working face,a tape chute excavation working face roadway was taken as the research object,the current status of the original roadway support process was analyzed,and the support process was optimized,and reasonable anchor rod(anchor cable)parameters were determined.The amount of surrounding rock displacement,preload force of anchor rod(anchor cable)and force of anchor rod(anchor cable)of the optimized roadway were monitored,and compared with the original support scheme for verification.The results show that:the maximum sinkage of the top slab of the original support method is 300mm,and after optimization,it is 30.1mm,the optimization effect is significant;the tensile force of anchor rods(anchor cables)is above 100kN,the anchoring effect is good;the monitored anchoring force of anchor rods(anchor cables)is less than its design anchoring force,and the working condition of the support body is good.The results of the study can be used as a reference for mine roadway support under similar conditions.
