间接蒸发冷水机组在数据中心的应用

摘要 在碳中和的背景下,对数据中心的节能性提出了越来越高的要求,研究应用于数据中心的节能新技术十分必要,间接蒸发冷水机组依托于水冷冷冻水系统,是对现有冷冻水系统的优化提升,在新建数据中心和存量数据中心的节能改造中有应用价值。本文研究间接蒸发冷水机组的原理、技术特点、节能性、经济性及在数据中心领域应用情况。相比传统冷冻水系统,间接蒸发冷水机组可降低空调冷源PUE因子0.02~0.03,初投资约增加2%,但十年TCO约降低3%。 In the context of carbon neutrality,there are increasing requirements for energy conservation in data centres,and it is necessary to study new energy-saving technologies applied to data centres.Indirect evaporative chillers,relying on water-cooled chilled water systems,are an optimization and enhancement of existing chilled water systems,and have application value in the energy-saving renovation of new data centres and stock data centres.This paper examines the principle,technical characteristics,energy efficiency,economics and application of indirect evaporative chillers in the data centre sector.Compared with the traditional chilled water system,the indirect evaporative cooling chiller can reduce the PUE factor of air conditioning cooling source by 0.02~0.03,its initial investment is increased by about 2%,and its ten-year TCO is reduced by about 3%.
