城市低碳转型与经济韧性的关联与路径研究——以江苏省为例

Study on the Linkage and Pathways of Low Carbon Urban Transition and Economic Resilience-Taking Jiangsu Province as an Example

“双碳”目标提出后,各省市积极响应国家号召,多举措助推“双碳”战略。江苏省能源消耗大,并且是经济发展大省,通过研究江苏省城市的低碳转型的各项举措,分析其与经济韧性的关联,最后结合关联性,提出实现城市低碳转型与经济韧性关联发展目标的政策建议。

After the"double carbon"target was proposed,provinces and cities have been actively responding to the national call and taking many measures to promote the"double carbon"strategy.Since Jiangsu Province is a province with large energy consumption and economic development,we study the initiatives of low-carbon transition in Jiangsu cities,analyze their correlation with economic resilience,and finally propose policy recommendations to achieve the development goal of correlation between low-carbon transition and economic resilience in cities by combining the correlation.
